Trainee Financial Advisor

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Financial Advisor. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced financial advisors to develop your skills and knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and wealth management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting financial advisors with client meetings and presentations
• Conducting research on investment opportunities, financial products, and industry trends
• Preparing financial plans and reports for clients
• Supporting the development and execution of financial strategies for clients
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Continuously developing your knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and wealth management

Requirements:

• A strong interest in financial planning, investment management, and wealth management
• A degree in finance, economics, business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A willingness to learn and continuously develop your skills and knowledge

Desirable:

• Experience working in the financial services industry
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, CFP, CISI)
