We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business through outbound phone calls, building relationships with clients, and driving sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospects
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling
- Manage and grow a pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Continuously learn and improve product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales, cold calling or outbound calling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- High level of self-motivation and drive to succeed
- Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus
- Comfortable working from a remote location and using virtual communication tools
